Course Overview: The Integrated Masters Program is a unique and comprehensive course that combines three distinct qualifications, namely, a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Sikkim Skill University (SSU), a Post Graduate Diploma in Litigation Lawyering and Law Firm Management (PGDLLM) from the National Institute of Professional Promotion Skills (NIPPS), and the Certified Valuation Professional (CVP) designation, also from NIPPS. This course is designed to provide a holistic and specialized education in the fields of law and valuation.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university or institution to be eligible for this integrated program.
Course Fees: The total fees for the entire duration of the 2-year program amount to Rs. 1,48,350/-. In addition to the course fees, there is an admission and form fee of Rs. 8,500/-, which is payable at the time of enrollment.
Duration and Mode of Study: The Integrated Masters Program has a duration of 2 years. Students have the flexibility to choose their preferred mode of study, either online or physical (on-campus). The online mode is suitable for working professionals and those who prefer a more flexible learning schedule, while the physical mode allows students to attend classes on campus and engage in face-to-face interactions with faculty and peers.
Course Components:
Master of Laws (LLM) - Sikkim Skill University (SSU): The LLM program offered by Sikkim Skill University aims to provide advanced knowledge and expertise in various legal disciplines. Students will engage in in-depth research, case studies, and specialized coursework to enhance their understanding of legal principles and practices. The LLM degree will equip graduates with the necessary skills to excel in legal practice, academia, or pursue a career in legal research and advocacy.
Post Graduate Diploma in Litigation Lawyering and Law Firm Management (PGDLLM) - National Institute of Professional Promotion Skills (NIPPS): The PGDLLM program focuses on preparing law graduates for the challenges of litigation and equips them with essential skills in managing and operating a law firm effectively. Students will gain practical insights into the intricacies of litigation strategies, case management, and client representation. Additionally, they will be introduced to the nuances of law firm administration, client acquisition, and legal marketing.
Certified Valuation Professional (CVP) - National Institute of Professional Promotion Skills (NIPPS): The Certified Valuation Professional (CVP) designation offered by NIPPS aims to provide expertise in valuation methods and techniques. Students will learn to evaluate and determine the value of assets, businesses, and securities. The CVP program covers various valuation approaches, financial modeling, and regulatory aspects related to valuation. In First Year a Student will Study the First Semester and Second Semester of LLM and alongside will Study Post Graduate Diploma in Litigation Lawyering and Law Firm Management.
In Second Year Student will Study the Third Semester and Fourth Semester of LLM and alongside will Study Certified Valuation Professional (CVP) course.
